Andre Jean-Pierre (Born 10 March 1986) also known as “MrDre” is an Investment Advisor from Brooklyn, New York. He studied at Stony Brook University. Andre Jean-Pierre is the founded Aces Advisors, a black owned Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) that specializes in working with black owned small businesses and professionals, in 2021 after a decade of working on Wall St.
He is no stranger to overcoming obstacles to achieve higher aspirations.
When Andre Jean-Pierre founded Aces Advisors, he wanted to help people of color realize their financial goals through expert advice and financial management. As a Black Owned Registered Investment Advisor on Wall Street, he’s been able to do just that-and he’s helping change the face of wealth management in the process.
Wealth management is an industry that has historically been dominated by a certain kind of person, but Andre Jean-Pierre has done what so many other black leaders have done before him: he’s broken down those barriers and created a space where people of color can feel comfortable working with someone who understands their needs.
“I started my firm because I wanted to help people of color,” says Andre. “I wanted to provide them with the same kind of service that Wall Street’s typical clients get when they work with traditional wealth managers.”

Background
As a native New Yorker and the son of parents who immigrated from Haiti to America. He grew up between Brooklyn, New York and Irvington, New Jersey. Andre Jean-Pierre is no stranger to adapting to new circumstances to make great things happen in his life and the lives of those around him. He combines intelligence with compassion to be an effective leader in business, community, and in his family.
Experience
Andre developed his leadership skills in wealth management at Morgan Stanley where he reached status of first tier wealth advisor among his peers. However, before joining the professional ranks, Andre enjoyed academic and athletic success as a leader and Academic All American student athlete on a Division 1 team in College and in High School.
Business
Andre Jean-Pierre is a Business Investment Advisor who founded Aces Advisors , a Black Owned Wealth Management Firm, in July 2021 in New York City, during the global pandemic. After a decade on Wall Street at a leading traditional wealth management wirehouse firm, he saw a need to bring premium wealth management services to communities and businesses that have been traditionally left out of the investing paradigm.
Personal
Andre Host’s a series called #intheBlaQ: where he discusses intentionally investing in Black Wealth, Black Health, and Black Culture through insightful solution based conversations. Andre is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc and also volunteers as a youth coach in the community in sports and school.
